small group training

This program is designed to provide participants private training in a  small group atmosphere. Your trainer work with you to help you achieve your specific health goals. Each month you trainer will check in with your progress to assess that you are on track to reach your goals.

Whether you are always on the go or just looking for a little guidance in your fitness routine, we have a variety options that don't require a scheduled appointment.  Including monthly heart rate plans using MYZONE, virtual training with Facetime or Skype, or even a monthly workout plan you can do on your own.
