Jacqi's has over 15 year experience in marketing, the majority of that working with luxury hotel brands and fitness related businesses. Her fitness instructor experience began 10 years ago at Velocity Sports Performance where she provided strength and conditioning workouts to young, high school and college level athletes.
CASEY MILLER, director of Programming
Casey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and fitness professional with over 5 years of experience at Napa Valley’s top fitness studios. Casey also has multiple certifications for group training and fitness. She finds herself an expert in pre, post, and seasonal training for athletes.

Jennifer has been teaching Hatha yoga for the past 8 years. She studied with many teachers, the most influential being Shiva Rea. Jennifer seeks to provide balanced and creative class with emphasis on the eight limbs of yoga.
After practicing therapeutic yoga for over 10 years, Jordan received her RYT200 in 2014. She recently received her Relax & Renew Certification with restorative yoga teacher Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T. She aims to help others find mental, emotional, and physical improvement in their lives through Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Prenatal Yoga.

Drawing from 20 years experience, Linda offers private Pilates equipment training, personal strength training and medical qigong classes and teacher certifications. The breadth and depth of her experience allows her to customize private sessions and small group training to the unique needs of her clients.
Pilar is a certified Baptiste yoga instructor. She teaches this style of yoga to inspire, encourage, and help others get in touch with who they really are. This style is not rigid, but intuitive. I encourage my students to find the balance, strength, and clarity within.
Maria became certified as an instructor through YogaWell of San Diego, while earning her Master's degree in education. She is proficient in several disciplines of yoga and also cross trains to gain a more balanced workout regimen. Regardless of your experience level, you will stretch, strengthen, and gain muscle awareness in her classes.
DENISE HENQUET SPRENGERS
Denise has been teaching mat pilates for over 15 years. After traveling the world for Stott Pilates certification and workshops, Denise emphasizes on alignment in her positive upbeat classes. Passionate to transform your mind, body and life to become a better athlete, a happier version of yourself and to find your strength, balance and flexibility.
Kat has been teaching fitness for 5 years, specializing in strength training, boot camps, aerial yoga, acrobatics, and mat yoga. She is very passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals through connecting with them and encouraging success. Her classes are fun and focused on correct body alignment and safety for longevity.
Liese is a senior Pilates Instructor, Holistic Health Counselor, Rehabilitation Specialist, TRX trainer. My approach is one of balance: Fitness is a foundation that when aligned with our own everyday rhythms creates authentic health.
AQUA, SPIN & TENNIS
Michael is a certified aqua and tennis instructor and leads a high energy water aerobics class for both Calistoga Fit and the City of Calistoga. When he is not teaching poolside he can be found on the tennis court teaching conditioning or leading one of our spin classes.
Leslie has taught yoga for 10 years and studied with renowned teacher Sianna Sherman in San Francisco. Holding a Psychology degree from UCI, she realizes the profound effect Yoga has on healing the body as well as the mind. Her classes flow through strong sequences linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Rikki's prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the Army Reserves has influnenced her style as a spin instructor. With a focus on self-improvement and steady progression, her classes incorporate elements of H.I.I.T, tabata, and resistance drills.
Noemy is a crossfit, bootcamp, hiking, volleyball and long distance running fanatic. She received her degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 2010. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certificate and brings her enthusiasm for high intensity circuit training and 4 years of crossfit experience to all the members of the community.
